Golden Seat is a platform for events and experiences — concerts, exhibitions, workshops, the lot. End-to-end ticket flow, from “I’d like to go to that” to “I have a confirmation in my inbox.”
What we did
Full platform build with payment integration. Organizers can list an event, sell tickets, and get paid without stitching together five tools. Buyers get a clean, fast checkout that works on a phone in poor signal.
Cloud architecture tuned for spiky traffic. Events are bursty by nature — one big launch can drive massive traffic for a few hours, then crickets for two weeks. We built the infrastructure to handle the spike without paying enterprise prices during the quiet periods.
Cost optimization that scales with them. As their event volume grows, the per-event infrastructure cost drops. The opposite of the usual cloud trajectory.
The takeaway
The events space is unforgiving — a few hours of downtime during a big launch can cost an organizer their entire month’s revenue. We built Golden Seat with that reality baked in from the start.
